No, there is no limit on the number of abstracts one investigator can submit. How many of them will get accepted, will be decided by the Scientific Committee, on the basis of the quality of the papers, time available for the session they belong to and so on.
New work has obviously higher chances for acceptance, although previously published or presented work (with details of the presentation / citation of publication) can also be submitted.
The abstract for original paper should not normally be more than 250 words.
More details are described in the "guidelines for abstract submission" under "Symposium 2008" in the left hand column of the website www.mmc.edu.pk
If you, or any other friend is in Pakistan on that day, please let me know, particularly if they will be interested in presenting in the symposium or in just giving us a talk on the topic of their choice in the College or Hospital. Thanks
Zafar

Is there any limit that how many abstract one investigator can submit?
This has to be new work or one can submit the work which has already published?
Is there any character or word limit?
